Hi, I’m Sharol Mejia. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, and I primarily work with teen girls and adult women navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I’m currently pursuing my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, and I bring both clinical training and genuine compassion into my work.
My approach is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and the belief that healing begins when you feel truly seen, supported, and understood. I believe meaningful change often happens in the small “glimmers”—the moments of courage, softness, and growth you allow yourself to experience, even when things feel heavy or uncertain.
Now taking in office clients Tuesday nights in San Antonio! Virtual clients Monday nights. I seek to help individuals heal on the threefold path: mind, body, and spirit. I work with clients with a variety of issues: addictions, anxiety disorders, trauma/PTSD, sexuality issues, mental wellness for management of depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and adjustment to major life transitions and decisions. I am of service to the LGBTQIAA+ community, Kink/fet ENM, poly, non religious, all walks of life off the beaten path are welcome here.
Please note when booking Tuesday evenings are live in person sessions and all other days are virtual.
Howdy! My name is Angela. I am a LCSW-S, licensed in the state of Texas. I aim to guide my clients to a place of felt safety, strength and authenticity. I work alongside families and caregivers to provide education on how to better understand, support and connect with their loved one. My hope is to help clients gain the skills needed to take control of their life, find their voice, and begin to embrace all parts of themselves, leading to a sense of wholeness.
Outside of session I enjoy spending time with family, lounging around with my dog Hank, reading and listening to live music.
I’ve been where you are. As someone in long-term recovery, I understand the challenges firsthand and bring both empathy and 11 years of professional counseling experience to support you in finding your own path and developing your strengths. I work with adolescents, people struggling with substance use, and those facing anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma.
I specialize in working with individuals in recovery and LGBTQ+ clients, helping you build resilience, explore your goals, and discover practical strategies that fit your life.
My approach is collaborative and empowering—you set the pace, and I walk alongside you with understanding, guidance, and support as you create meaningful change and uncover the strengths you already have within.
I try to be relatable, respectful, and at times transparent. My journey to becoming a therapist gives me perspectives that allow me to connect with a lot of different people from diverse walks of life
Hi! My name is Lenaida "Lennie" Rodriguez. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). I work with children ages 12+, teens, individual adults, couples and families. Some speciality areas are couples work, grief and loss, substance abuse, perinatal mental health. I am bilingual and have a deep passion for assisting in enhancing the lives of others and empowering them to identify their strengths to overcome their personal obstacles.
I am originally from the Rio Grande Valley and moved to San Antonio to pursue my education and identify other areas of self growth. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University-San Antonio in Psychology. I continued my education and obtained a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.
During my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, swimming, baking, and working on creative projects.
Are you tired of being the strong one? I work with adults, high-achievers—the fixers, leaders, and eldest siblings who are used to taking care of everyone else but are secretly running on empty.
My primary treatment areas include:
- Anxiety & Overthinking: Helping you quiet the racing thoughts and find relief from that constant, "on-edge" feeling.
- Burnout Recovery: Providing practical tools for professionals and caretakers who are emotionally exhausted and operating on fumes.
- Life Transitions: Navigating the disorienting, messy middle of major life, career, or relationship changes.
In our sessions, you don’t need a script - just show up as you are. Together, we will turn your stress and constant overthinking into practical, manageable tools that you can use the moment our session ends.
You don't have to carry this heavy load alone anymore—let's work through it together.
At Kelly Counseling and Consulting my mission is to offer compassionate counseling to help individuals confidently overcome life's challenges. I ensure a safe space for growth, offering care that fosters wellness and meaningful change, aiming for every client to feel valued and hopeful.
