In addition to my direct clinical work, I have served as Chief Nurse Executive for a large behavioral health organization, where I oversaw integrated mental health, addiction treatment, and community-care programs. Working at both the patient and organizational levels has given me a broad perspective on mental health care and reinforced the importance of looking beyond a diagnosis to understand the medical, psychological, social, and environmental factors that can affect a person's well-being.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from York College of Pennsylvania in 2005, my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree from Drexel University in 2016, and my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Missouri State University in 2025.

In addition to my clinical practice, I currently serve as the Director of the Nurse Practitioner Program at York College of Pennsylvania. In this role, I am dedicated to preparing the next generation of advanced practice nurses while continuing to provide high-quality patient care.
